Notice to Bidders - 2024 Transportation Facility Renovations Project

Due Date: Tuesday, February 27, 2024, before 2:00 PM EST
Mandatory Pre-Bid Walk Through: February 15, 2024, starting at 3:00 p.m.

The Lenawee Intermediate School District will receive sealed bid proposals from qualified General Contractors for the LISD 2024 Transportation Facility Renovations Project. All proposals shall include all labor, materials, and permits.

A mandatory pre-bid walk through for interested parties is scheduled for Thursday, February 15, 2024, starting at 3:00 p.m in the Transportation Building, 2946 Sutton Road, Adrian, MI.

All proposals shall be mailed or delivered to the front desk at the William J. Ross Building, 4107 N Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. Proposals must be received prior to 2:00 pm on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, and will be opened and read aloud in the Conference room at a meeting open to the public. All bids will be evaluated after the bid opening. All bids received after the bid receipt deadline will be returned unopened. Facsimile bids will not be accepted.
