LISD William J. Ross Education Service Center HVAC Improvements

The Lenawee Intermediate School District will receive sealed bid proposals from qualified Mechanical Contractors for the LISD William J Ross Education Service Center (ESC) HVAC Improvement project. All proposals shall include all labor, materials, and permits.

A mandatory pre-bid walk through for interested parties is scheduled for Tuesday, December 13, 2022, starting at 3 p.m. at the William J Ross Education Service Center, Community Room., located at 4107 North Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. 49221

All proposals shall be mailed or delivered to the William J Ross Education Service Center, located at 4107 North Adrian Hwy, Adrian, MI. 49221, Attention: Tom Kasefang. Proposals should be marked “William J Ross ESC HVAC Project”, and must be received prior to 1:00 pm on Tuesday, December 20, 2022, at which time will be opened, and read aloud. All bids will be evaluated after the bid opening. All bids received after the bid receipt deadline will be returned unopened. Facsimile bids will not be accepted.
