Notice to Bidders - 2024 LISD Construction/Renovation Projects

The Lenawee Intermediate School District will receive sealed bid proposals for the following construction/renovation projects - see notice for details.

• Electrical Contractor Project:
• Mechanical Contractor Project:
• Paving Contractor Project:
• Flooring Replacement Contractor Project

All proposals shall include all labor, materials, and permits.

All proposals shall be mailed or delivered to the William J. Ross Education Service Center, 4107 North Adrian Highway, Adrian MI. Proposals must be received prior to 10:00 am on Thursday, March 21, 2023, and will be opened and read aloud at a meeting open to the public (a zoom option will also be made available). All bids will be evaluated after the bid opening. All bids received after the bid receipt deadline will be returned unopened. Facsimile bids will not be accepted.
