The Bidding Documents will also be on file on and after January 10, 2024 and may be examined at the following locations during regular business hours, Monday through Friday.

A Pre-Bid conference is scheduled for 2:00PM local time on January 17, 2024. Bidders shall meet at the Karl Richter Campus, 920 Baird Steet, Holly, Michigan 48442.

The Engineering/Technology Designer will furnish electronic documents to the Bidders. The documents may be downloaded from: http://cloud.ids-troy.com/bids/bids/has/NMS-AVsystemsandcameras .Bidders are responsible to check the website from time to time to verify they have all addenda, requests for information and other documents related to the Bid.

The Bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized Familial Relationship Disclosure Statement. The Board of Education will not accept a Bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement.

All Bids must include an Iran Sanctions Affidavit of Compliance

Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier’s check, money order or bid bond made payable to Holly Area Schools in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the Base Bid with each proposal in excess of $28,048.00. All proposals shall be firm for a period of sixty (60) days. Bid Bond shall be provided by a company licensed to do business in the State of Michigan.

Bids must be delivered no later than 2:00PM, February 8, 2024 to Holly Area Schools, Attention: Mr. Steven Lenar, 920 Baird Street, Holly, Michigan 48442. At which time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. A bid tabulation summary will be available. Should the District be closed due to inclement weather, bids will be due at the same time on the next business day.

Successful bidders whose proposals are $50,000 or more will be required to furnish a Satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond in the amount of 100% of their bid. The cost of the Bond shall be included in each proposal.

The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids in whole or in part and to waive any information therein. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept that bid which in its opinion, is in the best interest of the Owner.
