Sealed proposals for the supply and delivery of playground equipment at Breton Downs, Lakeside and Wealthy Elementary schools in the City of East Grand Rapids Michigan will be received on Tuesday, October 25, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at the City of East Grand Rapids, 750 Lakeside Dr SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506.

The scope of this project includes the supply and delivery of playground equipment to the following school locations:

Breton Downs Elementary 2500 Boston St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506

Lakeside Elementary 2325 Hall St SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506

Wealthy Elementary 1961 Lake Dr SE, East Grand Rapids, MI 49506

Bid documents will be available for examination and distribution at MCSA Group, Inc., 529 Greenwood Avenue S.E., East Grand Rapids, Michigan 49506 between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. weekdays.

The Owner and Landscape Architect reserve the right to reject any or all bids or any parts of the same, waive any irregularities, and to accept any bid in their own best interest.

Bid documents will be available starting Tuesday, October 11, 2022.

Complete Delivery by Friday June 30, 2023
