Dear Prospective Vendor,

The City of Holland Department of Public Safety, Fire Services is issuing a request for competitive quotes for the purchase of one (1) Defibtech Automatic Chest Compression Device. We are requesting that prospective bidders provide pricing inclusive of the following:

• One (1) Professional Grade Defibtech ACCD device and associated equipment for each unit.
  1. Compression Modules (2 packs)
  2. Frame & Backboard
  3. Backpack Carry Case or Hard Shell Case
  4. Stabilization or Patient Straps
  5. Battery (Lithium Ion re-chargeable preferred)
  6. Battery Charger
• Spare Lithium-Ion re-chargeable batteries
• Warranties
• Service plans for both units

Terms and condition shall be FOB and net 30.

Bids must be received by 11:00am on Wednesday, November 23, 2022 at which time they will be opened.
