TO: PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS

RE: New Outdoor Columbarium Units

The City of Holland will receive sealed bids from prospective bidders to furnish and install a total of 4 new outdoor columbarium units in the city cemeteries. Specifications of the Columbarium units will be listed below. 2 units will be installed at Pilgrim Home cemetery and 2 units will be installed at Graafschap Cemetery

The Contract Administrator is Deputy Director of Parks and Cemeteries, Jamie Scott. He can be contacted at (616) 928-2460, Monday through Friday, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

The bids will be received by the FINANCE OFFICE IN THE CITY HALL BUILDING, 270 RIVER AVE., HOLLAND, MICHIGAN until 11:00 a.m., Thursday, December 14, 2023 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. You are invited, but not required, to attend said bid opening.

Bids must be on the “BID FORM” provided and be submitted in a sealed envelope that is plainly marked “Outdoor Columbariums”.
