The City of Holland seeks an individual or a firm to serve as a Recycling/Repurpose Center consultant. The city's goal is to provide recycling availability to all residents and businesses. Part of the City of Holland’s master plan is helping neighborhood areas be free from environmental nuisance. Better access to recycling services not covered by the cart program would result in more recycling and fewer junk/trash complaints and enforcement.
