PAYROLL & HRIS SYSTEM BID # 10-3-23

The Detroit Transportation Corporation (DTC) is seeking a Payroll & HRIS system to:

A. Provide all services and equipment as described herein for electronic payroll, time and attendance with electronic time clocks and secured web based access for DTC personnel and import all required data. System shall accommodate various workflows and audit trail of changes.

B. Provide a complete Human Resources Package that interfaces with the payroll, time and attendance software, and import all required data. System shall accommodate various workflows and audit trail of changes.

Proposals will only be accepted via Bidnet/MITN ONLY on or before 5:00 p.m. (EDT), Thursday, October 19, 2023. Proposals received after that date and time will be returned to the sender unopened. THERE WILL BE NO PUBLIC OPENING OF THE PROPOSALS.
