Notice is given hereby that the County of Marquette will accept bids from qualified contractors for construction of:

according to Drawings and Specifications prepared by:
Northern Design Works

Negaunee, MI 49866
Including, but not limited to: Renovation of existing space in Negaunee Service Center building.
Sealed bids will be received at the Resource Management / Development Department, 234 W. Baraga Avenue, Marquette, Michigan, until 2:00 PM local time, September 14, 2023. At that time, bids will be publicly opened. Bids received after the date and time specified may be returned to the bidder, unopened.

A mandatory pre-bid walk through will be held on Thursday, August 31, 2023 at 10:00 AM. The meeting will commence in the main entrance of the Health Department Building. Please contact the Project Manager Antonio Adan with any questions at ( aadan@mqtco.org ). The Health Department is located at 184 US Hwy 41, Marquette, MI 49866.

Renovations of basement level of existing Negaunee Service Center building at 184 US-41, Negaunee, Michigan. Work includes architectural, fire protection, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical modifications to renovate the space for relocation of Marquette County Central Dispatch.
