Marquette County is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide 457(b) deferred compensation and RHS professional services, including but not limited to administration, recordkeeping, and communication for the County's 457 Deferred Compensation Plans and RHS Plan. The County's primary objective for this request is to diversify and expand offerings while ensuring service and investment fees charged to Participants remain low. This search shall serve as a tool to formalize negotiations and enter into a contract with the chosen provider, as applicable, and in the best interest of the County and of Plan Participants.

All interested providers must have at least five (5) years' experience with both 457(b) deferred compensation plans, as well as RHS plans that exceed $10 million in assets. Experience with municipal clients preferred.
