The County of Marquette seeks proposals from qualified Contractors/Installers for the removal of carpet and installation of carpet tiles in specified offices and hallways on the ground, first, and second levels of the Historical Courthouse and specified building ramps, portions of hallways, and stairs in the Henry A. Skewis Annex building both located at 234 W. Baraga Avenue, Marquette, MI 49855. A mandatory pre-bid walk through will be held on Wednesday, August 2nd, 2023 at 4:00 pm local time and will commence in the main entrance of the Baraga Avenue Courthouse steps located at the above address. A complete Request For Proposal (RFP) packet can be found by clicking here . Proposals must be submitted no later than 2:00 pm local time, Wednesday, August 23, 2023. Proposals must use the Proposal Forms contained in the RFP and be submitted by mail or in person in a sealed envelope, which identifies the proponent and states, “Courthouse Carpet Replacement Project”, to the Resource Management/Development Department, 234 W. Baraga Avenue, Marquette, MI 49855. Marquette County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities in the proposals. |
