A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023, at 10:00 AM (EST) Genesee County Tower Building, 324 S. Saginaw St, Flint, MI 48502 – to enter the building you are required to wear a hard hat, sturdy shoes, and a high-viz vest or bright clothing. All contractors submitting a bid must attend the mandatory pre-bid meeting and arrive within a reasonable time following the start of the meeting. This meeting will afford contractors the opportunity to obtain information about this project and ask any questions directly related to this solicitation. An attendance sheet will be provided and will serve as the official document verifying attendance. Failure to attend this meeting shall result in disqualification of a Contractor’s bid.
