The Berrien County Building and Grounds Department is seeking bids for the renovation of the 3rd floor at the Berrien County Courthouse. Bids are required to be in a sealed envelope and must be received by the purchasing department at 701 Main Street, St Joseph, MI no later than January 10th, 2024 at 09:00 AM EST. Bid 2024-001 will be opened that same day at approximately 09:30 AM EST in the Board of Commissioners Room on the 2nd floor (ground level).
Please note that if you have previously filled out the Affidavit of Compliance for the year 2024 it is not necessary to send another one.
