The Berrien County Community Development Department is seeking bids for demolition bids for 3030 Pipestone Rd, Benton Harbor MI. Bids are required to be in a sealed envelope and must be received by the purchasing department at 701 Main Street, St Joseph, MI no later than February 28th 2024 at 09:00 AM EST. Bid 2024-028 will be opened that same day at approximately 09:30 AM EST in the Board of Commissioners Room on the 2nd floor (ground level).
