The City of Saginaw is soliciting sealed bid proposals for the Hypo Storage Tank Concrete Repairs at the Emerson Retention Basin per specifications found in the bid document.

Pre-Bid Meeting Date:

A mandatory walk-through is scheduled for Wednesday, November 22, 2023, at 10:00 AM. Bidders are to meet at the Emerson Retention Basin, 715 S. Water, Saginaw, MI 48601.

This walk-thru will be confined space. Bidders are advised to bring boots for some residual at the bottom of the tank. City personnel will have a ladder and gas tech ready for those who would like to enter.
