- Summary It is the City's intent to enter into a one (1) year term contract for miscellaneous water inventory to be in effect for a one-year period commencing on or about April 1, 2023, and continuing for one (1) year thereafter. Deliveries will be made on ORDER RELEASES "as required" from the requesting departments/divisions.
MATERIAL SPECIFICATIONS
2.1 All materials shall be in accordance to the current edition of the City of Kalamazoo Standard Specifications for Water Main and Service Installation.
2.2 All Waterworks Brass will need to comply with Senate Bill 3874 which created the Reduction of Lead in Drinking Water Act.
