Scope of Work
In general, the work will consist of:
- Completely remove and legally dispose of all vegetation, soils, and other associated materials to the structural concrete roof substrate.
- Remove and legally dispose of existing roofing materials, rails, and wood retainers.
- Install insulation and new TPO to the concrete roof structure including all flashings, railings, trim and accessories required for a complete installation.
- Regrade and restore disturbed earth around structure.
