The City of Big Rapids will accept sealed bids for Ferris Tower & Reservoir washing" until 2:30pm local time, Monday July 31, 2023 in the office of the City Treasurer, 226 N. Michigan Ave. Big Rapids MI 49307.

Specifications may be obtained in the Public Works Office located at Big Rapids City Hall, 226 N. Michigan Ave. Big Rapids, MI 49307 or by downloading them here.

All bids shall be clearly marked "BID FOR Ferris Tower & Reservoir washing". The City of Big Rapids reserves the right to accept or reject all or any bids for sound, documentable, business reasons or to waive informalities, and to award in any manner deemed to be in the best interest of the City.

All questions must be submitted in writing which can be sent to cwyman@cityofbr.org. Questions must be submitted 48 hours prior to bid opening. All questions and answers will be sent to all interested parties and posted on the City of Big Rapids website and any other advertising websites.

The award will only be to a responsive and responsible firm whose bid, conforms to all the material terms and conditions of the bid. All bid prices must remain valid for 60 days past the submission deadline.
