GSA is conducting market research to determine possible sources of parking capacity near 477 Michigan Ave, Detroit, MI 48226-2523.

General Requirements

• GSA requires 216 parking spaces


• Within 0.3 miles of the Patrick V. McNamara Federal Building located at 477 Michigan Ave, Detroit, MI 48226-2523


• If the parking facility is outside of the 0.3 mile radius, a shuttle service will be required.


• The facility shall be accessible to permit holders twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, including all federal government holidays.


• Controlled Access & Fully operational CCTV is preferred.


• Approximate duration: November 2024 - October 2026

GSA is seeking information from interested vendors to include the following:

• Vendor’s Unique Entity ID# & Confirmation of active registration in SAM.gov


• Number of spaces that can be provided


• Location of parking facility/facilities


• Information on availability and types of shuttle service that can be provided
