The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) seeks to lease the following space:
Notice of Intent to Lease Space Using Other than Full and Open Competition
The U.S. Government intends to award a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for an existing lease for the U.S. Department of Agriculture that is expiring in Ionia, MI.
The Government requires office and related space yielding a minimum of 3,646 ANSI/BOMA office area and 5 GOVERNMENT reserved parking spaces onsite for Government Vehicles, 15 reserved parking spaces for visitors with an additional 15 parking spaces located onsite or within ¼ walkable mile from the employee entrance of the premises, parking must have pull through parking to allow for trucks with trailers, semi-trucks and turnaround. The space must be contiguous, and all services, supplies, utilities, partitioning, and tenant alterations must be included as part of the rental consideration.

Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,828 ABOA SF Maximum
Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 4,375 RSF SF Maximum
Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 100-year flood plain.
Note: Entities not currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at SAM.gov, are advised to start the registration process as soon as possible if intending to submit an offer for possible lease award.
To submit a location for inspection, contact this office by 4:30 PM Eastern, Friday August 18, 2023. (Submissions by other than the owner or manager of the property must be accompanied by a letter from the owner granting permission to make a general offering of the space.)
