PROJECT: MI NP MULTI PMS(1), Pavement Preservation Michigan



LOCATION: Approximately 5 miles E of Munising, MI and 30 miles W of Traverse City, MI, respectively at 2 National Park Sites (Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore) in Benzie, Leelanau and Alger Counties.



WORK: This work consists of: patching, crack sealing, and resurfacing of asphalt surfaces throughout 2 National Park sites. See “Project Description” under attachments for additional details



LENGTH: 13.96 miles – Base



14.5 miles – Opt. X



0.53 miles – Opt. Y



7,600 square yards – Opt. Z



TENTATIVE COMPLETION DATE: Summer 2024



CONTRACT TYPE: Firm Firmed Price Task Order Contract



ESTIMATED PRICE RANGE: Between $5 million and $7 million.



There will be a Base schedule plus 3 Options.
