A. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.

The Army Contracting Command-Detroit Arsenal (ACC-DTA), MI intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order for the procurement of one stand-alone Three-Dimensional (3D) Printer System: Stratasys F370 Elastomer Enabled (123-30003). The proposed contractor is:

GoEngineer is the only known qualified source to satisfy the requirement. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). J. This Combines Synopsis/Solicitation contains clauses and provisions requiring a fill-in or representation. Offeror shall submit a copy of this Combined Synopsis/ Solicitation with their quote and respond to these clauses and provisions accordingly. A failure to complete these fill-ins may cause your offer to be determined ineligible for award.

K. A sole source procurement is intended with GoEngineer. The Government anticipates procurement of a Three-Dimensional (3D) Printer System as described below in Section II.
