The JW Toumey Nursery is a tree seedling nursery located in the upper peninsula of Michigan. The facilities on site are combination of 1930’s, 1960’s, and 1990’s construction that upgraded and modified over the last 90 years. There are 5 greenhouses, 4 of which see electrical conduit failing which has resulted in a short in one greenhouse. The facility has also received to Conex Freezer boxes that need electrical service, a freezer condenser to be relocated outside, and a need to rewire the refrigeration units on the roof of the processing facility. Greenhouses measure approximately 30’x130’.
