TO: PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS

RE: 2023-2025 CITY OF HOLLAND RECREATION DEPARTMENT PRINTING BID

The City of Holland Parks & Recreation Department will be accepting sealed bids for printing. In 2022, Holland Parks & Recreation ordered 6500 Trifold brochures and 4000 20-page booklets. This bid will cover all of 2023-2025 programs at Holland Recreation.

The bids will be received at the FINANCE OFFICE IN THE CITY HALL BUILDING, 270 S. RIVER AVENUE, HOLLAND, MICHIGAN 49423 UNTIL 9:00 AM, THURSDAY,

December 22, 2022 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. You are invited, but not required, to attend bid opening.

Bids must be on the "BID FORM" provided and be submitted in a sealed envelope that is plainly marked "Recreation Printing Bid".

All bids are to be net. F.O.B – Holland, Michigan.
