City Attorney RFP
The City of Sturgis is requesting proposals for appointment of the City Attorney to provide legal services. The position of City Attorney is an administrative officer of the City and is appointed by and serves at the pleasure of the City Commission.
Sealed proposals providing the information requested in the “RFP Information for Submission” section must be received by the City Clerk on or before January 5, 2023 at 4:00 p.m. Envelope should be clearly marked "City Attorney Proposal" so that no error in opening will occur. Proposals will be publicly opened at this time and evaluated by the City Commission at a later date.
