The City of Big Rapids is accepting proposals for Removal and Replacement of carpeting in the Commission Chambers at Big Rapids City Hall, 226 North Michigan Avenue, Big Rapids, MI 49307.

Remove approximately 1,620 s.f. of carpet, 197’ of 4” vinyl cove base, 45’ of 6” vinyl cove base, and 45’ of vinyl stair nose.
Install approximately 1,620 s.f. of carpet tile (ShawContract, Style Name: Habitat Tile, Style Number: 5T390, Color Name: Still, Color Number: 88481, Size: 9 x 36), 197’ of 4” vinyl cove base (Roppe, Color 175 Slate), 45’ of 6” vinyl cove base (Roppe, Color 175 Slate), and 45’ of vinyl stair nose (Color 175 Slate).

All proposals shall be clearly marked “Commission Chambers Carpet Replacement”. Proposals will be accepted until 2:00 p.m. on Monday, November 7, 2022 in the City Treasurer’s Office, Attn Ashley Dunkel, 226 N. Michigan Avenue, Big Rapids, MI 49307.
