Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by US Army Contracting Command - Detroit Arsenal to Oshkosh Corporation for the Family of Heavy Tactical Vehicle (FHTV) V. This solicitation is for a five year (5) Firm Fixed Price requirements contract with five (5) ordering

periods. Under the proposed effort, OSK shall manufacture (i.e., new production or recapitalization) vehicles and trailers in the
