Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.



2. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number 1333MJ23QNRMA0001.



3. This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside.



4. Period of Performance is date of award through 4 months.



5. Offerers must submit all questions concerning this solicitaion in writing to michelle.brebnor@noaa.gov by 2/3/23.



6. Site visits shall be performed until 2/3/23. Requests for a site visit should be submitted within 48 hours to coordinate with site POC. Send request to michelle.brebnor@noaa.gov.
