Amendment 001
Amendment 001: The purpose of this amendment is to add the RX prescriptions for six item timber sales to help assist and clarify trees species and subspecies for the proposed work.
Add following files: (1) BabyRx.docx, (2) BullFighterRX.docx, (3) CattleDriveRX.docx, (4) CougarRx.docx, (5) KumquatRx.docx, and (6) Tombstone_RX.docx.
Contractors are not required to sign and submit this amendment for technical responsiveness on the quote package. Intended for clarification on assessing and pricing work.

SCOPE & LOCATION
The multiple award timber mark and cruise opportunity for the Ottawa National Forest consists of six (6) items. Each item scope of work and standards must conform to the base criteria within the base of this solicitation after award is made. Each items scope of work and design requirements may be found in attachments. Contractors are required to be Forest Service certified, or have in their employ a certified person, before bidding on a contract that includes volume determination. Certification from the Chequamegon-Nicolet or the Ottawa National Forests will be accepted. Proof of certification will be required. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, instruments, supplies, transportation, professional services and supervision, except that which is designated as Government-furnished property.
The six (6) seperate sale items are located on the Ottawa National Forest. Please referece scope of work and attached maps for specific location details and legal routes to conduct your site visits.
