Description

Moving services for the NRCS at the Grand Rapids Service Center located in Grand Rapids, MI. NRCS furniture, equipment, customer files, and supplies will be moved from the Grand Rapids Service Center, 3260 Eagle Park Dr. NE Suite 101, Grand Rapids, MI 49525 to the new office location at 3200 Eagle Park Dr. NE Suite 100, Grand Rapids, MI 49525. Please note, the new location is in the same office complex, relocating to a different suite number, approximately 0.2 miles across the parking lot.

All labor, supervision, tools, equipment, transportation, permits, fees, taxes, incidentals, and materials necessary to perform the move are to be included and provided by the contractor.



Move will occur on or around December 19, 2022 through December 21, 2022



Approx ~200 Boxes will need to be packed and unpacked.



Quote Due Date/Time: Quotes must be submitted electronically via e-mail to Contract Specialist, Andrew Sawyer at Andrew.Sawyer@usda.gov and Contracting Officer, Erin Kirchoff at Erin.Kirchoff@usda.gov on or before the RFQ closing date of December 16, 2022 NLT 12:00 Noon Eastern Standard Time.
