Sources Sought Notice
The Department of Veterans Affairs - Network Contracting Office 10 is seeking information in response to this Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. Interested Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Veteran Owned Small Businesses, Small Business Administration Section 8a, Women-Owned, and other socio-economically disadvantaged small businesses who believe they possess the experience and qualifications to successfully perform the scope of work described below are encouraged to respond in order for us to make a set-aside determination.
Responses are being sought from qualified businesses capable of providing the required construction services outlined below. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for the work is 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a small business size standard of $45.0 million. This project has specific experience and qualification requirements as described in the below summary of the project scope:
Description of the Scope of Work: Project 515-21-107 - Replace Interior Doors-Keyless Entry
The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, As-Built Documentation, and all other related information for Project 515-21-107, Replace Interior Doors-Keyless Entry, at the VA Medical Center in Battle Creek, Michigan. This project includes work, but is not limited to, removal and replacement of doors, door frames, door hardware, electronic hardware and certain other items supporting door replacement such as Physical Access Control Systems (PACS)
Magnitude of Construction: $5,000,000 to $10,000,000
